Appointment for a revisit

In principle, you can come to the hospital for a revisit only by appointment. Please consult your attending physician during your visit to the hospital.

Changing appointments

If there is a need to change the appointment for the revisit for an unavoidable reason, this can be done at the appointment alteration center (+81-55-273-9264) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays.

Please be advised that we may not be able to change the appointment to the time you desire.

Appointment for initial consultation

In principle, we do not make appointments for an initial consultation.

However, if you are receiving treatment at another medical institution and required treatment at this hospital, there is a system that enables you to visit this hospital if the institution makes an appointment by phone and gives you a letter of referral (appointment for initial consultation by referral).

Consultation by appointment

In principle, patients may only come to this hospital for a revisit by appointment only. We make the best efforts to commence your medical appointment within the time of the appointment; however, this may be delayed by previous consultations. We ask for your understanding on the system of appointments and ask for your cooperation in the consultations. The appointment alteration center enables the date and time of appointment to be “changed;” however, new appointments cannot be made at this center. We ask for your understanding on this matter.
