If you wish to visit the hospital, please check the days of operation for each clinical department before visiting. For details, please click the name of the clinical department in the clinical department information table in “information on outpatient care.”
If you do not have an appointment for medical service, you will need to undergo procedures for medical attention at the reception counter. If you are unclear about which clinical department to visit, please consult the Information staff (8:00-10:30).
If you wish to visit the hospital by car, please park the vehicle in the specified parking area for the hospital.
The entrance for after hours and the emergency room is located on the left side of the entrance hall towards the back on the side of the car park. Please note that the entrance hall cannot be used outside business hours.

◎Pediatrics

In principle, “you will be required to bring a letter of referral when visiting.” Please visit your attending physician or a medical institution (hospital, medical clinic, doctor’s office) nearby. If you require treatment at this hospital, please obtain a letter of referral before visiting the hospital. (Changed as of June 1, 2014)

Conditions apply for initial visits according to each clinical department. Please check “Information on outpatient care” below or inquire by phone (+81-55-273-1111 (weekdays, 8:30-17:00)) before visiting the hospital.

The following clinical departments are closed and doctors are not seeing any patients temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your cooperation on this matter.

Letters of referral

This hospital is an “advanced treatment hospital.” The aim of an advanced treatment hospital is to provide advanced medical services to the region in an efficient manner. For this reason, letters of referral from other medical institutions (hospital, medical clinic, doctor’s office) are required to receive medical care at this hospital in principle. We ask patients who wish to visit this hospital to do so with a referral from the treating medical institutions to the extent possible. Letters of referral are necessary when visiting some clinical departments (some clinical departments do not require a referral). For details, please see “information on outpatient care” below. For patients who visit this hospital directly without a letter of referral from another medical institutions (excluding cases of emergency or other unavoidable cases), we charge 5,400 yen as the cost for the initial consultation.

Letters of referral are not required at present when visiting the following clinical departments:
